FAQ

Where are you based?

We are in New Windsor/Avondale, Auckland.  If you know where the Waterview Tunnel is, we are not far from there.  

Can I pick up my order?

Yes you can.   We can arrange a collection time.   

Can I share my file with you?

Yes you can.  If you have designed your file on canva you can share this with us so we are able to download it.  Otherwise you can email your files to us.  We need them as a png or svg with a transparent background.  While Chat GPT files are great for ideas, they are not good for cutting.  Sometimes we are able to trace them but not always.  

Can I choose my fonts?

Yes you can.  We have some fonts uploaded under our custom designs on our website.  Otherwise send us a message and we can send you a list of some of our fonts.  You can also look on dafont.com for other fonts. 

What is your turnaround time?

Usually 2-3 days.  Often we can do these sooner depending on how busy we are at the time.  Ideally please contact us a couple of days before you need your decal.  This gives us time to edit the design and get everything just right.

What is your return policy?

If your sticker is damaged please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to resolve the issue.  Please ensure that if you are ordering a customised sticker that you have entered the spelling in correctly.  Please also follow the application instructions that are provided.  We do not take resposibility for user error in applying the sticker.

Measurements

Unfortunately I am not able to tell what size something is by looking at a photo so to get your decal/sticker the size that you want it, you really need to be able to provide accurate measurements, otherwise I am just going to be guessing.  

What else can you print decals for?

I can print decals for all sorts of items such as drink bottles, lunch boxes, laptops, boats.  Basically the options are limitless for where you can put a decal.  They do need to go on a smooth surface.
