FAQ

Where are you based?
We are based in New Windsor/Avondale.  If you know where the Waterview Tunnel is, we are not far from there.

Can I pick up my order?

Yes you can.  We can arrange a collection time.

Can I share my file with you?

Yes you can.  We prefer SVG or PNG files with a transparent background.  If you have designed your file on canva you can share the file with us.
While Chat GPT is great for ideas, it does not generate files that are good for cutting out of vinyl.  Sometimes we may be able to trace these designs but not always.  

Can I choose my fonts?

Yes you can.  You will find some of our fonts under our custom designs.  Otherwise we are able to send you a list of fonts to choose from.  You can also look on dafont.com for other fonts.  It is impossible to tell what a font is by looking at a photo.  We can do out best to find something similar.       

What is your turnaround time?

Usually 2-3 days.  Sometimes it is possible to do your decal the same day, but not always.  Please try and give as much notice as possible.

What is your return policy?

If you decal is damaged please contact us as soon as possible and we will try and resolve the issue.  We are not responsible for installation error.  Please ensure that you enter details for personalised stickers correctly.  We also only hold stickers that you have purchased for three months.

Measurements

It is impossible for us to tell a measurement by looking at a photo that you have sent.  Please ensure that you provide accurate measurements.  Our preferred measurements are in cm.  

What else can you print decals for?

Decals can be used for all sorts of non porous surfaces such as mirrors, boats, drink bottles, lunch boxes.  

What courier do you use?

We use NZ Post and charge a flat rate fee of $12.

Can you provide a mock up

Yes no problem, just let us know that you would like this.
